Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer queries, calls, and tickets related to our HR Platform.
  • Collaborate with the support team to provide best practices and education on system usage to customers.
  • Analyse product functionality, understand platform logic, and test to identify user errors and root causes.
  • Triage customer support issues and assign them to the appropriate team or resolve where possible.
  • Elevate bugs or product logic/functionality concerns as necessary.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service/support environment, covering live chat and email. Relevant Australian payroll knowledge is also essential.
