Customer Support Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional support to our customers via chat, email, or phone. This role involves handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Work from Home Details:
  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred).
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed).
