We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Strategist. This role will play a key part in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
The successful candidate will lead the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives. They will work closely with the management team to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve them. The role will also involve participating in business reviews and annual budget processes, sharing and presenting hotel performance with senior leadership teams and regional sales teams on a monthly basis.
A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role is preferred, as well as strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English (and local language). We are looking for someone who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to challenge the status quo to drive business results.
