Job Title: Property and Construction Project Manager

Summary: This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing vendor relationships, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

  • ">

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and surveillance of properties including offices and residential buildings.

    ">

  • Manage properties at different stages of development from construction to fully furnished and operational.

    ">

  • Ensure that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently.

    ">

  • Act as a liaison between contractors vendors and property stakeholders.

    ">

  • Monitor progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

    ">

  • Develop and implement building management best practices.

    ">

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.

    ">

  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Background in architecture project management construction management or building management.

    ">

  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors vendors and internal teams.

    ">

  • Hands-on experience in property maintenance facility management or construction oversight.

    ">

  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.

    ">

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and property maintenance best practices.

  • Prior experience working directly with contractors and service providers.
