Business Continuity Analyst Role

This role will support the development of structured process documentation and the preparation of a comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) plan for the company.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in process mapping, documentation, risk assessment, and continuity planning, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and practical output.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business processes across defined streams.
  • Develop clear and standardized process documentation (e.g., workflows, SOPs, guidelines, and reference materials).
  • Support the creation and implementation of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) plan, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk and impact assessments to identify potential disruptions and advise mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in process documentation, business analysis, or business continuity planning.
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with BCM frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST, or equivalent) is an advantage.
