This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a skilled Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with existing clients, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets;
- Bid on new business opportunities and close deals by delivering exceptional customer service;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure effective sales strategies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and share best practices.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business development role;
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team;
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
