Account management is a vital role in growing businesses and driving revenue. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales for hospitality customers across the region.

You will work closely with a diverse range of merchants to build strong relationships, understand their objectives, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. This requires a consultative approach, where you actively listen to customers and focus on upselling to maximise account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions that add value
  • Build rapport with customers, engage with stakeholders, and drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet monthly recurring revenue targets
  • Guide customers through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms, demonstrating software solutions and core POS products

In this role, you will also contribute to the wider team to achieve organisational objectives. You may be required to do things that are not strictly within the scope of your role, but will be valued for your input and creativity.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in account management, sales development, or a similar quota-carrying role
  • Knowledge of solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organise pipeline
