Customer Growth Specialist Job Description

This role requires a Customer Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling.

Main responsibilities involve initiating high-volume outbound telephone calls as follow up to marketing campaigns and inbound 'leads' to understand audience interest and probe companies to further the sales discussion.

The ideal candidate will also convert qualified leads into closed sales, manage external competitive pressures, and handle objections to secure new customers.

In addition, they will reach a mastery of sales training and closing sales, work collaboratively with their team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects, and maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.

Key Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working in an inside sale capacity
  • Dynamic personality

  • Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals
  • Experience or willingness to work remotely
  • High-volume calling experience
  • Ability to learn new technology and data
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
