
Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for addressing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and our customers, engaging with companies from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises across the globe.
You will also pass customer feedback and challenges to Engineering, Product, and Executive teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects
- Advise customers on the best way to use software to meet their needs
- Track customer interactions in CRM systems
- Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand product functionality
- Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers
- Assist Customer Success Managers in dealing with large customers
- Contribute to the Support Knowledge-base
- Conduct product demos for prospects
- Conduct onboarding and account reviews for existing customers
- At least 1-2 years of experience working directly with customers, preferably in SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to remember everything that can improve the customer's experience
- Growth mentality and self-motivated approach to learning and development
- Love working with technology, experience with ticketing systems is a plus
- Able to work standard business hours
