IT Technical Support Specialist

The role involves providing top-notch technical support to a rapidly growing organization, ensuring that internal technology systems are up-to-date and meeting the needs of employees.
The Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with timely responses and expert solutions to complex issues.
- Remotely resolve common IT problems such as PC, Mac, and Chromebook issues while enforcing non-automated security policies.
- Guarantee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met while interacting with customers, completing tasks, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Bettercloud, and other leading SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like JAMF and Kaseya.
- Experience with Identity Provisioning (IDP) and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM).
- Able to make informed data-driven decisions.
