Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to employees across the organization.

  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution services for various software platforms remotely.
  • Deliver exceptional support for Microsoft 365 applications, encompassing Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
  • Manage remote desktop connections using ConnectWise Automate and guarantee seamless endpoint management with SentinelOne.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineering teams to educate customers and sales teams on product offerings and capabilities.
  • Design Wi-Fi coverage heat maps using Ekahau and generate sample BOM lists.
  • Handle post-sales support for Mikrotik products and monitor RMA requests, creating RMAs as necessary.
Requirements

For this position, we seek an individual with:

  • Proven experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles.
  • A strong foundation in computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are advantageous.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with AI training and validation, documenting department procedures, and performing administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
