Job Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist role involves working with clients to streamline hiring processes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting systems, workflows, and data accuracy, ensuring smooth operations across the entire talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert onboarding, training, and ongoing support for recruiting tools and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring data across systems to ensure reporting precision and compliance.
  • Optimize ATS Greenhouse workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities.
  • Drive projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition within a fast-growing organization.
  • Proven expertise with Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level including user management, approvals, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
