Job Description:

The primary goal of this role is to provide expert legal advice across multiple brands and the broader organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law, contract negotiations, and privacy regulations.

This position reports directly to the Head of Legal and requires collaboration with various teams, including product, marketing, sourcing, IT, and compliance. Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts, advising on commercial risk appetites, and providing guidance on privacy impact assessments.

The successful candidate will have at least 6-10 years of experience in private practice or in-house, with a focus on commercial law, contract negotiations, and privacy regulations. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
