Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Service Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support to our agents, policyholders, and colleagues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, ensuring seamless operations, and promoting a positive work environment.


Daily Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for accepting payment and issuing official receipts in a timely manner.
  • Handling operating funds and petty cash funds with accuracy and efficiency is essential.
  • Effective communication and timely email responses are critical for sending logsheet emails.
  • Custodian of checks issued from the Home Office requires meticulous attention to detail.
  • Encoding and transmitting submitted applications requires strong analytical skills.
  • Granting financing for DEP ED accounts necessitates thorough evaluation.
  • Policy servicing involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintaining office decorum is crucial for creating a positive work environment.

Periodic Responsibilities
  • Mailing applications and documents to the Head Office requires careful planning and execution.

Weekly Responsibilities
  • Replenishing operating funds (CA-1) ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Submitting hard copies of DCRs promotes transparency and accountability.
  • Preparing inventory checks at the Home Office requires thorough analysis.

Monthly Responsibilities
  • Submitting reports provides valuable insights and facilitates decision-making.
  • Preparing transmittals of unclaimed checks requires attention to detail and organization.
  • Representing the company at the DEP ED Regional Office enhances our reputation and relationships.

Quarterly Responsibilities
  • Preparation of fixed asset inventories ensures accurate records and financial management.

Occasional Responsibilities
  • Printing proposals as requested by agents and analyzing agent commissions promotes collaboration and growth.
  • Monitoring agent promissory notes for cash advances requires vigilant attention.
  • Aceptance of post-dated checks necessitates strict adherence to policies.
  • Handling provisional receipts requires care and diligence.
  • Assisting Branch Managers and Agents fosters a culture of teamwork and support.
  • Custodian of company properties requires responsibility and integrity.
  • Processing business permits ensures compliance with regulations.
  • Recording and filing maintains accurate records and promotes efficiency.

You will also perform other tasks assigned by management related to customer service, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.
