Position Title: Branch Manager

Location: Marikina Branch

Reports To: Area Supervisor and Area Manager


Position Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Marikina branch, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth store operations, and achievement of sales and performance targets. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Supervise overall store operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and SOPs.
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate supply requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
Sales & Customer Service
  • Achieve branch sales targets and monitor daily/weekly performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns effectively.
  • Implement marketing campaigns and promotions at the branch level.
  • Monitor customer feedback and take action for continuous improvement.
People Management
  • Lead, train, and supervise branch staff to ensure productivity and teamwork.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
  • Monitor staff performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Financial & Reporting
  • Oversee daily cash handling, sales reconciliation, and deposit processes.
  • Control branch expenses and minimize wastage.
  • Submit regular reports (sales, inventory, manpower, etc.) to head office.
  • Ensure compliance with company and government regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in food service, retail, or branch management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Resides near or within Marikina area (preferred).
