Location: Balintawak, Quezon City


Job Summary:

The Automotive Service Branch Head is responsible for the overall management, performance, and profitability of the service branch. This includes leading the service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and achieving financial targets. The Branch Head oversees workshop operations, manages service advisors and technicians, ensures adherence to quality standards, and promotes a customer-centric service culture.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the service branch including workshop, reception, and parts coordination.
  • Ensure effective scheduling, job allocation, and timely vehicle servicing.
  • Monitor equipment and facility maintenance for safety and operational readiness.

2. Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the service team (technicians, service advisors, support staff).
  • Conduct performance appraisals and identify training needs.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them professionally.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.

4. Financial and Performance Management

  • Develop and manage branch budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor efficiency, productivity, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
  • Drive sales of value-added services, maintenance packages, and accessories.

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes.
  • Oversee warranty administration and claims processing.

6. Relationship Management

  • Maintain positive relationships with OEM representatives, suppliers, and local authorities.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Parts, Sales, and Administration to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in automotive service operations, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and workshop processes.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and service software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) Netsuite
