Job Description:

As a Senior Trainer, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of the training department. This includes delivering training programs to employees using various methods such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training. You will also review training needs and performance on a monthly basis, conduct focus groups, gather feedback, and monitor progress until trainees become fully productive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trainer with at least 5 years of experience in the US healthcare industry, specifically in acute and ambulatory billing. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of denial management and appeal writing for administrative and clinical denials, as well as comprehensive knowledge of UB04 claim form components.
