Job Summary:
As a Sales and Business Expansion Leader at LEX Services, Inc., you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's presence in the retail market. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission of becoming a leading player in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
• Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets
• Conduct trade checks and store orientations for Warranty Specialists and sellers
• Manage, recruit, and train Warranty Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a successful sales representative or sales coordinator, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven track record of managing direct reports and achieving sales growth
• Strong business sense, industry expertise, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Availability to travel as needed
• Basic Microsoft office skills and high integrity
• Willingness to work under minimal supervision and take initiative when needed
