Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team at LEX Services, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through the development and implementation of strategic sales plans. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
• Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets
• Conduct trade checks and store orientations for Warranty Specialists and sellers
• Manage, recruit, and train Warranty Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective sales strategies

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a successful sales representative or sales coordinator, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven track record of managing direct reports and achieving sales growth
• Strong business sense, industry expertise, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Availability to travel as needed
• Basic Microsoft office skills and high integrity
