Regional Business Developer

The Regional Expansion Manager will lead and execute the recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors by utilizing various sourcing strategies to establish and manage the sales groups.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulates and implements strategies to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to establish a high-performing sales group.
- Motivates and manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to increase sales and recruitment.
- Conducts Joint Field Work (JFW) with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities and closing sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing course).
- At least 3-5 years of sales management experience (preferably with experience in Agency sales).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and negotiate.
