Restaurant Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate restaurant accounts in Asia. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in administrative support.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage strategic restaurant accounts, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and deep utilization of client's services. This involves building relationships with clients, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing restaurant accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Providing training and support to clients as needed
  • Conducting business reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary
  • Gathering feedback from clients to inform product improvements
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
