Looking for a dynamic and organized individual to manage strategic restaurant accounts in Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Growth to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and deep utilization of client services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a houselist from research into restaurants and hotels that exist within certain groups.
  • Build Customer profiles in our own main CRM.
  • Creating promotions within the main customer tool from a template.
  • Building and exporting reports within reporting tools and sending these directly to external customers.
  • Complete audits of customer accounts, from your own research.
  • Ensuring instructions are challenged and updated across various teams.
  • Building templates across various tools as per instructions.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in administrative capacity) is a plus.
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Jira/Trello, Monday.com, Apple Maps.
