Restaurant Operations Lead

The Restaurant Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in driving sales targets by developing and implementing promotional strategies to support the company's overall sales strategy. Key responsibilities include working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless execution of store programs.

Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration is preferred; any Business-related course will also be considered.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a leadership position within a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant.
  • They must possess high customer management orientation skills, enabling them to make informed decisions that meet customer needs.
  • Strong people management capabilities, including coaching, developing, and supervising teams are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of store operations, combined with the ability to assess operational improvements, compliance with defined standards, sales, and profitability is required.
  • Candidates should be willing to be assigned to Aklan.
