We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Administrator to manage strategic restaurant accounts in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating a houselist from research into restaurants and hotels
  • Building Customer profiles in our main CRM
  • Creating promotions within the customer tool
  • Building and exporting reports in reporting tools and sending these directly to customers
  • Complete audits of customer accounts, from research
  • Ensuring instructions are challenged and updated across teams
  • Building templates in various tools as per instructions

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. They should have experience in administrative support and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements include at least 1 year of administrative experience, prior experience in quality assurance is a plus, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google suite, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
