About the role

Amber Golden Chain of Restaurants Corporation, a leading hospitality group, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their dynamic team in Metro Manila. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our premier dining establishments, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and culinary staff, providing coaching and training to ensure consistent high-quality service
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and labor costs, to make data-driven decisions
  • Liaise with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale casual setting
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
