Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant
  • Excellent customer management skills, including decision-making and action-taking to meet customer needs
  • Strong people management capabilities, including coaching, developing, and supervising a team
  • Knowledge of basic store operations and ability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability
