Gringo Restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at the SM Manila branch

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a casual dining environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering excellent customer service and managing floor operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the team in achieving sales goals and overall performance targets.
  • Manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure compliance with brand standards and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and boost staff productivity.
  • Create and manage employee schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  • Identify training opportunities and provide coaching to support team growth and service excellence.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and senior management, facilitating clear communication and effective issue resolution.
