About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships with people, and has a track record of achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to grow and manage a portfolio of recruitment agencies, source new business opportunities, and build strong strategic relationships.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
  • Sourcing and signing new agents in key international markets
  • Conducting business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
  • Traveling to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
  • Monitoring agency performance and optimizing conversion rates
  • Tracking activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings, contributing ideas, and hitting KPIs
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-informed decision making
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
  • An organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
