We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships with people, and has a track record of achieving sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to grow and manage a portfolio of recruitment agencies, source new business opportunities, and build strong strategic relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a global portfolio of recruitment agencies
- Sourcing and signing new agents in key international markets
- Conducting business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications
- Traveling to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships
- Monitoring agency performance and optimizing conversion rates
- Tracking activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools
- Participating in weekly sales meetings, contributing ideas, and hitting KPIs
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-informed decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
- An organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
