Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical procedures and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical expertise

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with PC hardware components and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of routers and firewalls
  • Skills in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting Macs
  • Knowledge of remote connectivity issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
