We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our critical business systems using ServiceNow.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow workflows and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
- Analyze system logs and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement best practices for system maintenance and optimization
**Requirements:**
- Expert proficiency in ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management principles
- Experience with CMDB and asset management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
