We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers.

- Proven sales expertise: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the iGaming sector.
- Strategic thinking: Excellent analytical skills, coupled with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Tech-savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Interpersonal skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Retail/land-based experience: A background in retail or land-based environments would be beneficial in this role.
- Linguistic abilities: Fluency in English, with proficiency in Asian languages desirable.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities.
