Job Description
  • We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for offering cash loans and personal loans to prospective clients.
  • You will guide them through the application process, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify and engage with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products through various channels.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  3. Clearly explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
  4. Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  5. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  6. Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, loans, or a target-driven sales environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of computer applications and software is essential.
