Job Description

The role of a Customer Service Representative is to manage various customer issues, handling billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support, or inbound interactions. The representative interacts with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, answer customer queries, and provide detailed information about policies and products.
  • Facilitate resolution of escalated or sensitive customer complaints through verbal or written contact with the internal team.
  • Adhere to provided scripts and FAQ responses.
  • Learn and understand company insurance products.
  • Access customer accounts and policy schedules.
  • Recommending available products.
  • Forwarding customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
Requirements

  • Excellent communicator, both oral and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer issues.
  • Able to multitask efficiently under time pressure.
