Job Title: Senior Customer Care Manager

 

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in directing the processing and payment of claims. You will provide guidance to colleagues on the most complex claims, ensuring that we maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  1. Providing a broad range of services needed by policy owners and field force to maintain in-force policies or initiate new business.
  2. Developing and implementing procedures to resolve complaints efficiently.
  3. Guiding colleagues on the most complex claims.
  4. Developing short- and long-term objectives for customer service and monitoring procedures to ensure these are met by staff.
  5. Ensuring the area is adequately staffed and trained to handle inquiries from agents and policy owners.
  6. Staying up-to-date with state and federal regulations and their impact on the industry.
  7. Leading direct reports, requiring strong leadership skills, organizational management, and advanced strategic planning.
Requirements:

BA/BS degree; 7 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.
