KMC Solutions is seeking a Sales Operations Expert with a focus on compensation to join our Sales Compensation Team. This team plays a critical role in achieving operational and financial goals through strategic incentive programs.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of sales operations and compensation processes. They should be able to easily pick up and own sales compensation operations while helping transform our sales compensation strategy and processes into a robust and scalable system.

Key responsibilities include turning data into actionable insights, connecting the dots between short-term operational plans and long-term financial goals, and analyzing trends for performance reporting. Excellent communication skills and a high degree of empathy are required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Run and optimize sales crediting processes to ensure high quality and accuracy of attainment calculations
  • Apply the Compensation Policy and Sales Policy towards crediting and compensation questions
  • Continuously improve monthly processes for our CRM (Salesforce) and internal data correction project
About the Role:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or related finance functions
  • Cultivate productive relationships and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional team members
  • Analytical skill and past experience on deriving insights from data
  • Advanced Excel skills including experience with functions, pivot tables, modeling etc.
