Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SQL, including query development and data manipulation. Proficiency in financial reporting and understanding of accounting and payroll systems is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide internal support to employees on compensation-related queries, offering expert advice and resolution on issues related to sales compensation, payroll, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team to generate and analyze financial reports related to employee compensation, sales targets, and payroll.
  • Analyze financial data, including compensation metrics, sales performance, and payroll details, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial targets.
  • Generate and manage financial, accounting, and payroll reports with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and update databases and systems to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data, compensation records, and employee payroll information.
  • Provide IT support for compensation tools, helping resolve any technical issues or challenges employees may face with compensation systems and reporting tools.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., HR, Accounting, IT) to ensure smooth operation and implementation of compensation-related initiatives.
  • Support the team during periodic financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including query development and data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and understanding of accounting and payroll systems.
  • Experience with sales compensation plans and financial reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with compensation tools and platforms used for reporting and analytics.
  • Strong data analysis skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk or Support role is a plus, especially in a financial or compensation context.
  • Ability to work in Giga and Graveyard shifts based on the business needs.
