Client Onboarding Specialist Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate for this role will be working directly with a client, delivering on the tasks outlined in the responsibilities section – see below. The candidate must be able to work from 8am to 5pm U.S time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take on calls from clients on a daily basis and conduct a complete intake and onboarding procedure using a systematized software.
  • Monitor and track clients in the onboarding pipeline and assure that all statuses are up to date.
  • Help the client define their needs and manage their timeline toward starting services.
  • Respond to clients' emails, chats, and calls regarding the onboarding process.
  • Create client intake reports, summary, and KPIs.
  • Organize client files and make sure that everything is complete and up to date.
  • Providing detailed direction to the client on how to get started with the service implementation.
  • Develop measurements to help understand the impact of successful implementation.
  • Quickly pick up and disseminate any updates of the service authorization request to clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Other tasks related to client onboarding as may be assigned.
Requirements:
  • Able to work from 8am to 5pm US time (Eastern Time).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) – a must
  • Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in dealing with customers or clients.
  • US insurance background is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • A dependable, organized, and reliable professional with a huge sense of responsibility.
  • An honest, adaptable, and innovative professional with a high sense of integrity.
  • Must be able to work from our office in Clark, Freeport.
