About Our People Services Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a People Services Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily functions of our People Experience and Talent Management department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities will include:
    • Ticketing: Respond to colleague inquiries and route tickets to the appropriate People Partner or department.
    • Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
    • Colleague Relations and Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
    • Compliance and Recordkeeping: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluation processes.
    • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs.
    • Policy Implementation: Help draft, update, and enforce policies.
    • Offboarding: Facilitate the clearance process.
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years in HR administration or a related role.
