
Operations Workforce Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning and Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the workforce planning process across multiple programs/accounts, ensuring that the right number of resources are assigned at the right time to meet operational demands.
This includes tracking and auditing the allocation of work, monitoring capacity utilization, identifying gaps, and recommending adjustments to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also partner with Operations to understand staffing requirements and ensure optimal full-time equivalent (FTE) coverage.
In addition to workforce planning, you will develop short-term and long-term supply planning strategies aligned with business growth and operational efficiency. This will involve analyzing trends in absenteeism and creating mitigation strategies, maintaining processes to promote responsible utilization of our footprint, and leading the implementation of data-driven strategies balancing the priorities and timelines of multiple business units.
You will build and maintain tools to enable the allocation of projected demand, supply, and other factors influencing utilization of capacity and physical footprint. You will also provide timely responses to supply inquiries and proactively create opportunities for capacity creation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in technology industry
- 5+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members
