Workforce Management Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Management Strategist to join our team.

This role involves developing business segment forecasts for capacity and resource planning by reviewing numbers of interactions, processing time, waste, attrition, etc. The ideal candidate will administer a 52-week capacity, staffing, and resource plan to manage up and downscaling of labor and resources effectively.

  • Develops strategic plans to optimize workforce utilization and improve forecasting capabilities.
  • Administers capacity, staffing, and resource plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicates directives to WFM Schedulers to ensure schedules cover demand forecast while accounting for known constraints, planned events/holidays, and business objectives.
  • Reviews performance metrics, productivity, utilization, and occupancy to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in the human resources services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence key stakeholders.
