Job Title: Human Resources Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project leaders and regional managers to synchronize HR initiatives with infrastructure development objectives.
  • Support workforce planning for large-scale, multi-phase projects across Southeast Asia.
  • Oversee recruitment operations at the headquarters for our staff team, and provide support for key personnel positions may also be required.
  • Facilitate succession planning and career progression for field and corporate roles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and union agreements across the region.
  • Manage payroll operations in the region.
  • Address employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee HR operations for project sites.
  • Coordinate with site HR teams to ensure consistent policy implementation.
  • Support expatriate and cross-border workforce mobility.
  • Provide insights to leadership using data analytics tools.
  • Recommend improvements based on data trends and project feedback.
