  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients to drive successful workforce management outcomes.">
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and adhering to contractual commitments.">
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across the entire workforce management cycle, including planning, forecasting, scheduling, real-time analytics, and process enhancements.">
  • Maintain consistency in workforce management delivery across all sites.">
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create customized workforce management solutions that meet their unique needs.">
  • Represent workforce management at client performance reviews and site visits, promoting best practices and positive results.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or a related field or equivalent experience.">
  • Minimum 10 years of Workforce Management experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory/management roles.">
  • Proven expertise in multi-site and multi-skill call center environments, with working knowledge of scheduling software such as Blue Pumpkin, IEX, Aspect, or similar platforms.">
  • Strong background in forecasting, scheduling, and intraday management, with experience in analyzing data to inform business decisions.">
