Job Description

The Account Services Associate plays a pivotal role in regional coordination, ensuring seamless alignment between the brand principal and its partners/distributors.

This position requires excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key responsibilities include:

  • Purchase Order Management: Consolidate partner orders, prepare purchase orders for submission to the principal, and ensure maximum confirmation of orders.
  • Remittance Advice Coordination: Maintain accurate records of Remittance Advices (RA's) and secure corresponding bank receipts.
  • Logistics Facilitation: Coordinate with importation, accounting, and finance departments to facilitate the arrival of goods.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely and quality delivery of goods as committed to partners, including payment coordination.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate with regional partners on samples, orders, ex-factory prices, MOQs, and brand building support.
  • Assist in communicating and coordinating with brand principals on samples, orders, FOB prices, MOQs, and brand building support.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales performance of assigned brands.
  • Brand Performance Review: Review brand performance through regular review of orders and sales in coordination with partners.
  • Reporting: Consolidate monthly reports from partners and prepare monthly reports for assigned brands as updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A graduate degree in Export Management, Accounting, or a business-related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, finance & accounting, customer service, and merchandising functions.
