Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Development Professional to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper orientation and performance evaluation of all newly hired employees.

Your duties will include reviewing and/or conducting training needs analysis, co-facilitating in-house training modules/programs, and recommending training programs based on training needs analysis. You will also supervise the preparation of the training calendar for supervisors, staff, production workers, and Sales personnel.

Additionally, you will coordinate with other divisions/departments in the implementation of HR Programs, ensure the preparation of all training requirements before the conduct of the training program, and implement effective training and development activities designed for ALL Divisions.

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of employees across various departments.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR Programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course. Additionally, you should have at least 2-3 years of related work experience and leadership and people management trainings.
