This pivotal role requires an individual with expertise in finance and accounting operations, who can oversee client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance our clients' financial performance and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their evolving needs.
  • Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, documentation, and process alignment to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee invoicing, billing accuracy, collections monitoring, and financial reporting deliverables to ensure timely and accurate information.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, etc.) to achieve service quality and client satisfaction goals.
  • Evaluate and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of trust and confidence.
  • Analyze opportunities for service expansion or process enhancements within client accounts, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal policies, and client-specific requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • CPA certification or equivalent professional designation.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client account management, outsourcing services, or finance operations.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, Financial Reporting).
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading teams of Team Leaders or large teams.
  • Exceptional client engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Experience documenting and monitoring processes and workflows.
