We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics, catering, and equipment.
  • Maintain office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day running of the office.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including posting job openings, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM software.
