Remote Customer Support Role

TalentPop is hiring a Remote Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional customer experiences via chat, email, or phone.

  • Provide professional and friendly support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and deliver fast, accurate support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do

As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
