Financial Planning and Analysis Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Finance Analyst.

  • As a key member of the finance team, you will support the delivery of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for product-focused teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering actionable insights through analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  2. Assisting in developing comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives in collaboration with product managers.
  3. Playing an active role in the budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  4. Compiling and assessing monthly financial commentary to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and clearly presented.
  5. Performing ad-hoc financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision-making.
  6. Managing and continuously improving financial models and reporting tools to support effective analysis.
  7. Working closely with financial control and business support teams to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline month-end processes, and strengthen internal controls.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with a strong interest in building a career in finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and preferably experience using SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach to tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset with professionalism, innovation, and a continuous improvement attitude.
