Remote Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting the core operations and financial functions of our organization.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity where you will oversee day-to-day finance and logistics using advanced tools including Zoho Books, Google Sheets, and more.
- Manage invoicing, receivables/payables, and cash flow tracking with precision
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and contribute to financial reporting
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes across finance and operations
- Advanced degree in accounting or related field (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Excellent English fluency, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in AI-driven applications
- Self-motivated and reliable with exceptional communication skills
