Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Cryptocurrency Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and operational backbone of our Web3 business, ensuring seamless execution across multiple entities.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with a solid finance or accounting background and strong knowledge of digital assets.

The successful candidate must be fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crypto Accounting: Record and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across wallets, exchanges, and systems
  • Maintain Accurate Ledgers: Maintain accurate ledgers for token distributions, vesting, staking, and treasury activity
  • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with accounting and audit partners for reporting and compliance
Digital Asset Management
  • Monitor and Manage Digital Assets: Monitor and manage digital asset holdings via Fireblocks, Integral, and other tools
  • Valuation and Reporting: Conduct regular valuation and reporting on assets ($PLMS, USDC, ETH, NFTs)
  • Track Exposure: Track exposure, performance, and maintain historical records
Audit, Compliance & Invoicing
  • Documentation and Liaising: Prepare documentation and liaise with auditors during reviews
  • Invoicing and Tracking: Issue and track crypto and fiat invoices, maintain proper records
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance and financial documentation are up to date
Admin, Legal & Corporate Support
  • Coordination and Filing: Coordinate filings and documents with banks, partners, and corporate service providers
  • Legal Document Management: Manage legal documents (NDAs, agreements, resolutions)
  • Internal Record-Keeping: Maintain internal record-keeping and compliance documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations (with crypto/Web3 exposure)
  • Digital Asset Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain finance, and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with Tools: Familiar with Fireblocks, Integral, CoinTracking, or similar tools
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills
  • Communication: Fluent or conversational English communication skills
  • International Experience: Experience working across onshore/offshore entities
